1小黃瓜一條10cm

2紅蘿菠二條7cm大

3馬鈴薯一大顆

4雞蛋三顆

5沙拉醬



2-3去皮，把1-4丟水裡煮20分，小黃瓜別煮太久，5分鐘先撈起，中間有些子的部份肉要去掉

2-4撈起切丁，雞蛋把蛋黃分開，壓成泥，蛋白切丁，全部切好了之後，放一起攪一下，加一點鹽

最後再加入適量的沙拉醬，我買100g的沒用完，大概加個70g差不多，再攪一下就完成了，拿去冰起來。




記得於二天內用完喔，沙拉不耐放
